The Dean of Students supports LCSD administration in a variety of areas including student supervision, specifically in attendance, discipline, guidance, instructional leadership improvement and a variety of student body activities. The Dean of Students acts as a role model and is committed to creating a high-quality learning environment for all students through the implementation of positive reinforcement and restorative practices.
