Lyndonville Central School District

Be it resolved that the Board of Education of the Lyndonville Central School District hereby acknowledges receipt of the revised District-Wide School Safety Plan, as prepared by the Orleans-Niagara BOCES Safety Risk Management Team, incorporating the newly required Cardiac Emergency Response Plan (CERP) pursuant to Desha’s Law (effective October 8, 2025). Be it further resolved that the Board of Education authorizes the posting of the revised plan for the required 30-day public comment period, after which the plan shall be brought forward for final adoption at a subsequent regular meeting of the Board of Education.
