Three students and a teacher from Lyndonville Central School District were on an educational trip to Washington, DC with students and staff from Albion Central School. On Thursday night, March 12, an Albion student became ill. This student remained in Washington for medical care. The remainder of the students and staff arrived home this morning by bus and are not showing any signs of illness. The Orleans County Health Department was notified. The staff and students from both districts who were on the trip will not return to school today. The Lyndonville students, and their siblings, will remain out until it is deemed safe for their return.
