Why are the applications still important? The former Free and Reduced Meal Application is replaced by the Community Eligibility Provision Household Income Eligibility Form this year. Most families completed this form at the Back-to-School Celebration. If you didn’t fill one out, we will mail you a form. It can also be found on our website on the School Lunch Program page: https://www.lyndonvillecsd.org/page/nutrition. Please return the completed form to school.
It is mutually beneficial for both the school district and your family to have these forms completed, as it will help us keep our free meals for all students program. Completing this form may qualify your family for other benefits. Once the application is received, as a small token of our appreciation, each student in your household will receive a coupon to choose a snack/ice cream from the cafeteria.
