DWI Simulation

Lyndonville School Resource Officer, Deputy Barnum, together with Deputy Ashleigh Stornelli (Orleans County Sheriff's Department), Chief Michael Heideman and members of the Lyndonville Hose Company, Medina Ambulance, Charles Smith (Orleans County Coroner) and  Kevin Bogan (Bogan & Tuttle Funeral Home), provided a DWI simulation for students in grades ten through twelve.

Although the event was not mandatory, the majority of the district's high school students attended the powerful simulation. The goal of this event was to make our students aware of the harsh consequences associated with driving while under the influence. The district was cognizant that this demonstration might be difficult for some students and had counselors available to provide support as needed.

Below you will find a link to the photos taken during the June 9, 2022, DWI simulation. Please note this was only a simulation, but many of the images are graphic in nature.
