Deanna Luckman's Pre-K class made guinea pigs with Melissa Marciszewski for a pet craft.


Students in Emily Aydelotte and Brenna LaSpada's class worked together to color a mural to show that everyone takes part in helping the earth. Happy Earth Day!


The Elementary Jazz, Junior Jazz and High School Jazz Bands performed, along with the Select Chorus, at the Night of Jazz this week. Music from Frank Sinatra to Radiohead was performed. Well done!

The Night of Jazz on April 17 was full of music from students in grades 5-12. Soloists, duets, trios and groups performed a variety of songs. Bravo!

Students in grades 4-6 are participating in a yoga club run by reading specialists Amy Damasiewicz and Katie Strusienski. Research shows that yoga encourages a more relaxed, peaceful state of mind.


Report cards for students in grades 3-12 have been posted to the portal. Hard copies will be sent or mailed home.

Kimberly Dumond’s class started their Berry Good Lemonade stand to offer faculty, staff & students (gr. 7-12) fresh choices to start their days. They made lemonade & iced tea & a special of the week: blueberry mint iced tea. They are learning service & real-life math skills.


The Lyndonville Varsity Girls and Boys Track Team participated in a track meet at Holley last night. They competed against Holley and Notre Dame of Batavia. Good job, team!

It was a gorgeous night for baseball yesterday. Barker Boys' Varsity Baseball played against Holley and won, 19-2. Lyndonville players Justin H. & Daniel B. are part of the Barker team. Well done, boys!

Special thanks to our Physics and Astronomy teacher, Mr. Dragula, for presenting to our Elementary students about the eclipse and eye safety. Reminder - ALL students received eclipse glasses prior to Spring Break.

Students in Amy Damasiewicz’s kindergarten WIN group used mini matchbox cars to race to the top of reading CVC words!


Brianna Wheeler’s class went on a field trip to the Brick Lab. They built with Legos and then had a competition with rockets they created.






SRO Deputy Jason Barnum and Hank, LCSD Therapy Dog are Guest speakers on the 4th Amendment in Mr. Suhr's 7th grade Social Studies class.
