Governor Cuomo has announced that public schools will remain closed through April 29, 2020.
Regents exams soon will be cancelled, according to Board of Regents Chancellor Betty Rosa.
The official announcement and details will be made tomorrow, Rosa said at today’s Regents Meeting, which was held via teleconference.
Our partners at the Yates Community Library have offered their wi-fi service to our families and students, which may be accessed on the library grounds.
The network is identified as Yates Library.

Out of an abundance of caution, the Lyndonville Faculty and Staff Parade scheduled for Thursday, April 2, 2020 has been cancelled.
Our staff was excited to re-connect with our students and families, while maintaining social distance guidelines. However, given the rapidly changing conditions and recommendations/restrictions, we do not want to take unnecessary risks.
We hope to come up with another way to re-connect with our families "virtually." Stay tuned and staff safe!

The State Department of Education has announced today that a decision on Regents exams will be coming this week. We will bring you the information immediately.

Yesterday, Governor Cuomo issued an executive order closing all schools until at least April 15th, which is over our Spring Break. This means that the earliest the Lyndonville CSD will reopen is April 20th. However, the Governor could extend the shutdown past that date as well.
Meal service will continue through the shutdown, INCLUDING over Spring Break, with the exception of Good Friday, April 10.
