Meet Annalise Steier, a new Elementary Education Teacher at LCS!
Hello! I’m Annalise Steier, and I am beyond thrilled to be joining the Tiger community!
During my time at Keuka College, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Childhood Education with a concentration in math, I had the privilege of completing two internships at Lyndonville. It was during those experiences that I truly fell in love with this small, family-oriented school district and community. Even though I grew up a Purple Eagle and graduated from Albion High School, Lyndonville immediately felt like home — a place where I knew I wanted to grow both personally and professionally.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending my free time attending musicals, doing crafts, dancing, and occasionally dabbling in baking. These hobbies help me stay creative and energized — something I hope to bring into the classroom as well!
As you head back to school, my best advice is to believe in yourself and be kind. The LCS staff is cheering for you — we want you to be successful, and therefore, you should want the same for yourself and your peers.
Ann Lieberman’s quote has been at the front of my mind as we prepare to begin this school year. It reads:: “Great teachers empathize with children, respect them, and believe that each one has something special that can be built upon.” This quote perfectly represents what I thrive to be daily for my students!
LCS students, I truly believe you have great potential, and I can’t wait to see you continue to grow, learn, build relationships, and thrive this school year!

Meet Andrea Toussaint, a new Special Education Teacher at LCS!
My name is Andrea Toussaint and I am so excited to be a Lyndonville Tiger. Lyndonville is a small, rural district that offers many amazing things for students to get involved in, a close-knit community and an evolving education that only offers the best for its students. I am a SUNY Geneseo graduate and a current graduate student at SUNY Brockport. I spend my free time at the gym, reading a book, adventuring outside, or spending time with family and friends. I love to keep busy. The start of a new school year comes with many emotions for students and teachers. On the first day of school, walk in with your head held high, a smile on your face, an open mind and a positive attitude. The school year has just begun, and there are many wonderful things to come.

Lyndonville Central School is introducing new staff ahead of the first day of school in September 2025. Please join us in welcoming our new employees!

I’m thankful for the support of my amazing family and friends, and I cannot wait to connect with students, families, and colleagues in a community that values collaboration and growth. I’m excited to become a Tiger and be part of such a welcoming and student-centered district!
Outside the classroom, I enjoy hiking, reading on my porch and spending time with loved ones!
