Our support staff spent some time today learning strategies to support our students with occupational therapy and speech needs. This event was hosted by our very own Anne Moyer and Bernadette Frank.

Good luck to the: JV Girls Basketball team as they have a scrimmage at home against Newfane at 5:30 p.m., Girls Modified Basketball team as they compete against Byron-Bergen at home at 5 p.m., and Modified Wrestling team as they compete at Newfane today!

On Nov. 19, sophomores participated in the Phase One orientation process where representatives from the Orleans Niagara Vocational Center presented the CTE programs offered at the Medina site.



Our first graders learned about how the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade balloons are made. They made their own for a short parade around the hall!




Pre-K 4 had a turkey sorting party today. Montica Spark's and Deanna Luckman's students enjoyed coming together to sort fruit loops onto donuts. Then, we enjoyed eating them!










Heather Mufford & Carolyn Waters' kindergarten class had their Thanksgiving feast today, complete with a snack mix containing ingredients that told the story of the First Thanksgiving. They shared what they were grateful for while they gathered around the table - "I'm thankful for: our military, my heart, my friends, my grammy. We are thankful, grateful & we appreciate this food!" Happy Thanksgiving!
Congratulations to the seniors who performed in the play last week! Well done!
"The Villian Wore a Dirty Shirt" was performed by the seniors last week as part of the annual Senor Play. Bravo!

On Nov. 14, students visited the Center for Electronics Manufacturing and Assembly (CEMA) Lab at RIT. Former student Isaac Becker and RIT Professor Martin Anselm provided an enriching hands-on experience, allowing students a comprehensive overview of the electronics manufacturing process.






Congratulations to these Lyndonville students who were inducted into the National Technical Honor Society at the Orleans Career and Technical Education Center this month: Nathan Woodworth (Diesel Technology/Heavy Equipment), Jonathan Frasier (Diesel Technology/Heavy Equipment), Zachary Freas (Welding), Emily Miner (Allied Health) and Savannah Spoth (Cosmetology)!
